WCAC offers several education programs for youth ages 16-24 that benefit from alternative classroom settings and learning styles. Programs include GED preparation, pre-employment skills training, education and career counseling, job and internship placement assistance, life skills workshops, case management, summer job opportunities, and mentorships that assist students with college readiness.

Early Head Start and Head Start classrooms in Southern Worcester County provide comprehensive services to both preschool aged children and their families. Services include developmentally appropriate classroom activities in half-day and full-day classrooms, transportation, and health and nutrition programs.
