WCAC Training & Employment Programs

WCAC offers several training and employment programs for youth ages 14-24 who have not been able to complete the traditional high school program of studies or are high-risk probationers and soon-to-be released Worcester offenders.  Programs include GED preparation, pre-employment skills, education and career counseling, job and internship placement assistance, life skills workshops, case management, and summer job opportunities.

Training opportunities for adults include deleading classes offered to property owners and their agents to become authorized to perform moderate-risk deleading and understand the Lead Law and its requirements.
