WCAC’s Resiliency Center is partnering with the City of Worcester to support the Healthy Homes Program, a federally funded grant initiative designed to help eligible property owners address health and safety–related hazards in their homes. This comprehensive program targets multiple housing-related risks that contribute to negative health outcomes and injuries, taking a coordinated, whole-home approach rather than focusing on a single hazard at a time.

Through this partnership, WCAC’s Resiliency Center provides hands-on support via a dedicated Healthy Homes Support Manager who guides participants through every step of the process, from outreach and program introduction to application assistance and coordination with contractors completing the work.

Income and rental restrictions apply.

WCAC is now accepting applications for the Healthy Homes Program. If you have any questions regarding the program, please contact us at 774-418-4277.

You can email to schedule a meeting with our Healthy Home Support Manager to check eligibility and get started on your application.
