WCAC is partnering with RCAP Solutions to assist with processing applications for Financial Assistance for Renters (RAFT Program) for eligible South County residents.

Assistance provided by appointment only at the locations/times listed below. Please use this link to schedule your appointment. Email with any questions.

  • Mondays, 9am-12 noon, WCAC Head Start, 116 School Street, Webster
  • Thursdays, 9:30am – 1pm, WCAC Main Office, 18 Chestnut Street, Worcester
  • Fridays, 9am-12pm, Family Resource Center, 5 Optical Drive, Southbridge
  • Last Tuesday of month, 12:30-3pm, Spencer Senior Center/Town Hall, 68 Maple Street, Spencer

What to bring with you

In order to help process your application in a timely manner, please bring the following documents to your appointment. Please note that application cannot be submitted until ALL of the required documents have been secured.

  • ID for the head of household
  • Lease or letter of intent to rent from landlord
  • Housing Crisis (notice to quit, eviction papers, 14-day notice)
  • Income – if paid weekly last 4 pay stubs; if paid bi-weekly, last two pay stubs
  • Award benefit from DTA, SSI, SSDI, EAEDC and/or SNAP if applicable
  • Landlord’s name, email, phone number and address
  • Utility bills (shut off notices if applicable)
  • Social security number all in household
  • Birth certificate for all in household

Please do not let the fact that you do not have all of these documents stop you from attending your appointment. WCAC’s Community Navigator can assist with the gathering of documentation.
