A paid, no-cost training program from WCAC combining hands-on instruction with real work experience in weatherization and energy efficiency.
What You Get
- Weekly stipend during training (20 hrs/week)
- Paid work-based learning with local employers (25 hrs/week)
- Industry certifications: Lead Renovator (RRP), OSHA 10, Confined Space
- Case management, financial coaching, and a year of support after you complete the program
Who Can Apply
- Ages 18–24
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ready to commit full-time for 20 weeks

Especially encouraged to apply: low-income/out-of-school youth, justice-involved young people, bilingual/BIPOC applicants, young women, recent vocational grads and community college students without a defined path.
